Welcome to lodging for the NCFCA 2026 National Championship on the beautiful University of Northwestern - St. Paul campus. Northwestern is perfectly situated in suburban St. Paul and Minneapolis, with convenient access to all the area has to offer. LODGING LOTTERY

• The Lodging Request Form will be available on Wednesday, April 22nd at 10am CDT.
• To request lodging on campus, complete the housing request form  and submit the form before Tuesday, May 19th at 2pm CDT. If you need to make changes to your form after it has been submitted, do not resubmit a new form. Please email your desired changes to the Ticket Office at [email protected].
• All submitted forms will be randomized on May 19th at 2pm CDT to determine which order we will begin assigning rooms.
• Rooms will be assigned by Thursday, May 21st, at 9am CDT. If you are selected to stay on campus, we will notify you by email from [email protected]. The email will include instructions for paying for your room. Please access your unwtickets.com account to see your assigned room(s).
• Please log on to your unwtickets.com account and pay for your rooms by Friday, May 22nd at 2pm CDT. If you already have an account on unwtickets.com, you will need to update your password. Please do not create a new account. Call the Ticket Office if you are unable to update your password online.
• If you were not selected to stay on campus, we will notify you by email from [email protected]. All rooms not paid for by Friday, May 22nd at 2pm will be opened for guests on the waitlist. Guests not assigned a room will automatically be placed on the waitlist in the randomized order.

LODGING INFORMATION
Below is a list of the available residence halls, descriptions of each space and pricing based on arrival date. Click HERE for our campus map to reference building locations on campus.
 

Akenson Dorm Rooms: 2 beds
Akenson is a renovated hotel located just off campus. These efficiency apartments are conveniently equipped with a private bathroom, mini fridge, closet, and air-conditioning. While there are not kitchens in the rooms, there are two shared kitchens with a stove/oven available in the building. Items not included in the residence hall include a microwave, utensils, cookware, and dishes. Akenson Dorm rooms have 2 single beds. Fire Code allows for a maximum of 3 guests in the room (3rd guest will not have a bed). Linens are provided for the number of people in a room up to the number of beds in a room. Please note - the pool is not available to guests.  (Number 19 on the campus map)

Akenson Dorm Rooms: 3 beds
Akenson is a renovated hotel located just off campus. These efficiency apartments are conveniently equipped with a private bathroom, mini fridge, closet, and air-conditioning. While there are not kitchens in the rooms, there are two shared kitchens with a stove/oven available in the building. Items not included in the residence hall are a microwave, utensils, cookware, and dishes. Akenson Dorms rooms have 3 single beds. Fire code allows for a maximum of 4 guests in the room (4th guest will not have a bed). Linens are provided for the number of people in a room up to the number of beds in a room. Hartill & Knutson Main Dorm Rooms: 2 beds and 3 beds  
These efficiency apartments are conveniently equipped with a private bathroom, kitchenette with mini fridge, small oven, stovetop, kitchen sink, walk-in closet, and air-conditioning. Items not included in the residence halls are a microwave, utensils, cookware, and dishes. While most Main dorm rooms have 3 single beds, a limited number of rooms have two beds. If you indicate 2 guests on your housing form, you may be assigned to a 2-bed room, as these are prioritized for smaller groups. Fire code allows for a maximum of 4 guests in the room (4th guests will not have a bed). Linens are provided for the number of people in a room up to the number of beds in a room. LODGING POLICIES FOR UNW RESIDENTAIL HALLS
The University of Northwestern - St. Paul is a tobacco-, drug-, and alcohol-free campus, which includes residence halls, buildings, and grounds. No pets allowed. No firearms allowed.

• Housing check-in for all lodging rooms is located in the Robertson Student Center.
• Late arrival is permitted with notification prior to arrival. If you plan to arrive after check-in times have concluded, please email [email protected] with your expected arrival time.
• Check-out will be Saturday, June 13th, until 11:00am. Late check-outs are not permitted.
• Linens are provided for the number of people in a room up to the number of beds in a room. Linens include fitted sheet, flat sheet, pillow and pillow case, blanket, bath towel, hand towel and washcloth.
• Additional nights before and after the tournament are not available on campus.
• Laundry facilities are available in each residential facility.
• Handicapped accessible rooms are available in the main dorms only on a first-come, first-served basis. Please indicate your accessibility needs when reserving your room.
• All dorm room configurations have a small kitchenette, except Akenson rooms. However, dishes, utensils, pots and pans, and small appliances are not provided.
• A key deposit will not be required this year at check-in. However, guests will be charged a fee for all lost keys and access cards. Dorm room keys and access cards will need to be returned at check-out. Main Dorm room guests with lost keys will be charged $50 per key. Akenson rooms require both a room key and building access card for entrance. A $50 fee per room key and per access card will be charged if lost. Fees can be paid at check-out or guests will be contacted after the conference for payment.
• Quiet hours are from 11:00pm till 7:00am in all residential facilities – traffic, conversation, and social activity in the residence hallways should be kept to a minimum during quiet hours.
• If you find that you are no longer able to attend the National Championship, please contact the Ticket Office regarding your registration for lodging.  Refunds are available through May 29th at 2pm CDT.
• Tournament housing at University of Northwestern-St. Paul is meant to be paired with the meal packages. Reasonably priced meals are offered to all campus guests and should be purchased as part of your registration process with NCFCA. Please plan to take advantage of this cafeteria meal program.
